Continuous Multi-rolls Pre-press

Continuous pre press is necessary for OSB production /PB production /MDF production, its function for enhance the slab density through initial compression to ensure the stability of the subsequent hot pressing process and the quality of the finished product

>>> The Basic Functions of Continuous Pre-press

- Volume compression: Reduce the thickness of the slab (usually compressed to 1.5 to 3 times the initial thickness of hot pressing).

- Preliminary shaping: Prevent the slabs from collapsing during transportation.

- Exhaust: Expel air to prevent the formation of bubbles or delamination during hot pressing.

- Continuous belt prepress (applicable to particleboard /MDF)
Working principle: The slab is gradually compressed through two circulating steel belts at the top and bottom, with the pressure increasing linearly.

Advantages: Suitable for high-yield lines (such as MDF production capacity > 1000 m³/day), energy-saving and highly efficient

- Multi-stage roller press pre-press (OSB dedicated)
Working principle: Multiple sets of pressure rollers apply pressure in stages, gradually compressing the fluffy oriented wood shavings.

Advantages: Protect long wood shavings from breaking and maintain their directional arrangement

- Single-layer intermittent prepress (small batch MDF/ Particleboard)
Working principle: The slab is sent into the press as a whole and is pressed and shaped at one time.

Advantages: Uniform pressure, suitable for high-precision customized production
