Raw Materials:

Main Components:

Working Process:
1. Feeding: Wet particles are conveyed into the drying drum.
2. Drying: The drum rotates slowly driven by the drive unit; the internal lifting flights continuously lift and drop the material, allowing full contact with the high-temperature hot air from the furnace, rapidly evaporating moisture.
3. Discharge: Dried particles are discharged from the end of the drum and sent to the next process.
4. Dust Removal: The dust-laden exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system and then discharged meeting emission standards.
