The "High-efficiency Hot Air Circulation Particle Board Dryer" is an advanced drying equipment specifically designed for the wood processing industry, primarily used for continuous drying of biomass materials such as particles, wood chips, and sawdust. This equipment adopts a unique hot air circulation technology, achieving multiple utilization of thermal energy through optimized air duct design and efficient heat exchange system, significantly improving energy efficiency compared to traditional drying equipment.

The core components include a stainless steel drum, specially angled lifting blades, a high-efficiency hot air furnace, an intelligent temperature control system, and dust removal devices. During operation, wet materials enter the rotating drum from the feed inlet, where they are repeatedly lifted and scattered by internal lifting blades, forming a uniform material curtain that makes full contact with the high-temperature hot air, allowing moisture to evaporate rapidly. The hot air is circulated by fans, and waste heat is recovered, greatly reducing energy consumption.

This dryer features high drying efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, and low maintenance costs. The dried particles have uniform and controllable moisture content, fully meeting the raw material quality requirements of particle board production lines. Various models are available with processing capacities ranging from 1 to 20 tons per hour, and customization options are offered based on customer requirements.

Working Process
 

1. Feeding Stage: Wet particles are conveyed to the dryer inlet via belt conveyor or screw feeder, with the feeding rate automatically adjusted by the control system.

2. Heating & Drying Stage: Materials enter the rotating drum and are repeatedly lifted and scattered by internal lifting blades. High-temperature hot air generated by the hot air furnace enters from one end of the drum, making full contact with the scattered materials to rapidly evaporate moisture.

3. Hot Air Circulation: Part of the hot air, after dust removal, returns to the hot air furnace through the circulation duct for reheating, achieving heat energy recovery and significantly improving thermal efficiency.

4. Moisture Discharge Stage: The exhaust gas containing moisture is purified by the dust collection system before being discharged in compliance with environmental standards.

5. Discharge Stage: The dried particles are continuously discharged from the other end of the drum and transported to the next production stage or finished product silo via conveying equipment.
