This custom-capacity complete OSB production plant equipment is a total solution designed for industrial manufacturing of oriented strand board (OSB). It covers the entire process from raw material preparation, strand preparation, drying & screening, gluing & forming, hot pressing, post-treatment to automatic warehousing, including all process equipment and control systems. The plant can be tailored according to customers' raw material characteristics, target capacity, product specifications, etc., helping customers quickly build a modern OSB factory.

   Mechanical + electrostatic combined orienting machine ensures precise strand alignment in longitudinal/transverse directions, achieving high orientation coefficient and improving MOR and MOE of OSB.

 

3. Efficient continuous press / multi-opening press options  

    Continuous flat press system: high production efficiency, uniform board density, suitable for large-scale automatic production.  

    Batch multi-opening press: lower initial investment, suitable for small to medium capacity or special size boards.

 

4. Intelligent gluing system, resin saving  

   Online flow closed-loop control and high-precision atomized spray technology reduce resin consumption by 10-15% while ensuring even glue distribution.

 

5. Energy-saving and environmental design  

    Biomass thermal energy center uses waste material to supply heat for drying and pressing.  

    Fully enclosed pneumatic conveying system + high-efficiency dust collector, dust emission ≤30mg/Nm³.  

    Optional exhaust gas treatment unit for stricter environmental requirements.

 

6. Fully automatic control system  

   PLC/DCS based centralized control, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, moisture content, density and other key parameters. Supports remote maintenance and data traceability.
