| Working Process |
1. Feeding Stage: Wet particle board materials are conveyed into the higher end of the inclined rotary drum.
2. Heating & Lifting: The drum rotates, driving the internal stainless steel lifters to continuously pick up and cascade the material, forming a uniform material curtain.
3. Heat Exchange: High-temperature hot air generated by the furnace (counter-current or co-current) passes through the material curtain, making full contact with the material to rapidly evaporate moisture.
4. Exhaust & Dust Removal: The exhaust gas containing moisture is treated by the dust collection system before being discharged.
5. Discharge: The dried materials are continuously discharged from the lower end of the drum and transported to the next production stage.
