Core Components
We supply the complete set of main and auxiliary equipment from raw material intake to finished product packaging:
Raw Material Handling Section: Heavy-duty debarker, chipper, strander, chip/strand storage and conveying systems.
Preparation & Drying Section: Strand screening machine, multi-pass rotary dryer (or single-pass dryer), dry strand screening, sorting, and storage system.
Forming & Resin System: High-speed ring blender, multi-head oriented former, mat pre-press, continuous glue preparation and supply system.
Pressing & Finishing Section: Continuous Press (core), mat acceleration conveyor, board cooling and turnover unit, cross-cut and trim saws, sanding line, stacking and packaging machine.
Power & Auxiliary Systems: Energy plant (boiler), dust collection system, central control room (DCS/PLC), hydraulic power unit, compressed air station.
Quality Control Equipment: Online thickness gauge, online defect scanning system, complete set of laboratory testing instruments.










OSB production process
A complete turnkey project follows a systematic project management flow:
Phase 1: Consulting & Planning Conduct detailed market and raw material analysis, define product positioning and capacity, complete preliminary feasibility study and plant layout planning.
Phase 2: Process & Engineering Design Finalize core production process design, equipment selection & non-standard design, and provide data to guide subsequent civil and utility engineering.
Phase 3: Equipment Manufacturing & Procurement Carry out standardized manufacturing and customized production of the complete line equipment in our own factory and cooperative supply chain, including pre-assembly testing.
Phase 4: Civil Works & Installation Supervision Dispatch project managers and engineers to the site for full-time guidance on plant civil construction, utility connections (power, steam), and installation of all equipment.
Phase 5: System Commissioning & Trial Run Perform single-machine testing, interlocked no-load running, and hot commissioning with material, gradually optimizing process parameters to produce qualified samples.
Phase 6: Performance Test & Handover Conduct a continuous 72-hour (or longer) stable operation test to verify the line meets the contractually agreed capacity, quality, and consumption targets, then formally hand over the plant to the client's operation team.
Phase 7: Long-term Service & Support Provide ongoing spare parts supply, process optimization consulting, and equipment upgrade services to ensure sustained and stable plant operation.
