Wood Chipper Introduction

A Wood Drum Chipper is a heavy-duty industrial machine designed to convert logs, branches, slabs, and wood waste into uniform wood chips. Unlike disc chippers, it uses a rotating steel drum fitted with multiple knives to slice wood against a fixed anvil. It is the preferred choice for high-capacity, continuous operation in demanding environments.

For some MDF(Medium Density FIberboard) production plant, for making the good wood fibers, they will use the good wood and crushing it to be wood chips first. Such as the pine, eucalyptus, poplar and so on, and we can design the wood chipper as your max wood diameter from 100-max 600mm, and the capacity can be designed from small 5ton/hour to 100ton/hour.
 

For many plywood production plant, people crushing the small wood, trunks, branches, plywood edge wastes, veneer wastes to be small wood chips, and it can as the materials biomass for the oil boiler. Achieving waste utilization.
