Bagasse, as a by-product of the sugar industry, is rich in cellulose and lignin and has the potential to be used as a raw material for particleboard production

- The production cost is relatively low (10% to 20% lower than that of wood particle board).

Rice husks are the main by-product of rice processing, with a global annual output of approximately 120 to 150 million tons. Traditional disposal methods are mostly incineration or landfill. However, they are rich in silicon dioxide (about 15% to 20%) and cellulose, and can be used as raw materials for particleboard, fiberboard or composite materials, thus having environmental protection and resource utilization

Particle Board Production Process
Particleboard is a type of artificial board made from wood or non-wood plant fibers (such as bagasse and rice husks) through processes like crushing, drying, gluing and hot pressing
(1) Raw material preparation
Wood raw materials: small-diameter wood, branches and twigs, and wood processing residues (such as sawdust and wood shavings).
