What is MDF board?

Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), the full name of density fiberboard, is wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw materials, by fiber preparation, the application of synthetic resin, under the condition of heating and pressurizing, pressed into the board.
According to its density can be divided into high density fiberboard, medium density fiberboard and low density fiberboard. Among them, the nominal density of MDF fiberboard ranges from 650Kg/m³ to 800Kg/m³

The density board is widely used in domestic furniture, decoration, Musical Instruments and packaging because of its uniform structure, fine material, stable performance, impact resistance and easy processing.

Advantages:
1. Density board is easy to finish processing. All kinds of coatings and paints can be evenly coated on the density board, which is the preferred substrate for paint effect.
2. Density board is a beautiful decorative plate.
3. All kinds of wood veneer, printing paper, PVC, adhesive paper film, melamine impregnated paper and light metal sheet and other materials can be finished on the surface of the density board.
