<1> What is Waterproof particle board?
Particleboard is also called moisture-proof board, which is made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials, and is glued under heat and pressure after applying adhesive.
It is mainly used in the furniture and construction industry and the manufacture of train and automobile carriages.
Particleboard according to product density: low density (0.25 ~ 0.45 g/cm 3), medium density (0.55 ~ 0.70 g/cm 3) and high density (0.75 ~ 1.3 g/cm 3) 3, usually produce 0.65 ~ 0.75 g/cm 3 density particleboard.
According to the slab structure, it is divided into single layer, three layer (including multi-layer) and gradual structure. According to water resistance, indoor water resistance and outdoor water resistance.
The arrangement of shavings in the slab has two kinds: directional type and random type.
In addition, there are non-wood materials such as cotton stalk, hemp stalk, bagasse, rice husk made of particleboard, as well as inorganic adhesive materials made of cement wood wire board, cement particleboard and so on. Particleboard specifications are more, thickness from 1.6 to 75 mm, with 18 mm as the standard thickness, commonly used thickness of 15, 16, 18 mm
<2> Hot press machinery's introduction
Hot press is a equipment used for hot pressing materials, usaully for Particle board, Osb board, MDF board, and plywood.
According to the wooden panel thickness, size, hot press' layers, and clients own requires, Hot press machine can be different pressure, floors, and size.
Usually for the first three types panel, they require the hot press pressure higher more than 1000Ton, like 1200Ton, 1600Ton or more, for Plywood, usually small ton will be ok like 500ton, 600ton, 800ton
According to the production capacity, Hot press can be different floors, and in general, it equipped with automatic loader and automatic stacker, so the whole line is automatic and no need workers, the work efficiency improved a lot and save labor cost.
