| Working Process |
The equipment adopts the direct flue gas drying method, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 90%. The working principle is as follows:
Wet strands enter the inclined, rotating drum from the higher end
High-temperature flue gas (250°C-350°C) contacts the material either co-currently or counter-currently
Flights inside the drum lift and shower the strands, forming a uniform "material curtain"
The strands follow an approximately spiral trajectory inside the drum, achieving full contact with the hot air
Dried strands are discharged from the lower end, with the outlet air temperature dropping to 100°C-130°C
