According to the wooden panel thickness, size, hot press' layers, and clients own requires, Hot press machine can be different pressure, floors, and size.
Usually for the first three types panel, they require the hot press pressure higher more than 1000Ton, like 1200Ton, 1600Ton or more, for Plywood, usually small ton will be ok like 500ton, 600ton, 800ton
According to the production capacity, Hot press can be different floors, and in general, it equipped with automatic loader and automatic stacker, so the whole line is automatic and no need workers, the work efficiency improved a lot and save labor cost.
