This Architectural Formwork-Specific Size OSB Production Line is a high-efficiency manufacturing system specially designed for producing concrete pouring formwork. The line is comprehensively optimized for the core requirements of architectural formwork: high strength, high water resistance, high reuse cycles, and dimensional stability. It produces OSB formwork products with excellent performance that can fully replace traditional plywood formwork. Production Line Process
1. Raw Material Preprocessing: Log debarking, cleaning, and cutting to ensure material cleanliness.
2. Strand Preparation: Processing log sections into uniformly sized high-quality strands using a long-log strander.
3. Drying and Screening: Drying strands to appropriate moisture content and precisely screening into surface and core layer materials.
4. Glue Application and Blending: Layered glue application, using high-water-resistance phenolic resin for the surface layer and modified UF resin or MDI for the core layer.
5. Oriented Forming: Three-layer oriented forming to ensure high longitudinal strength.
6. Pre-pressing and Hot Pressing: Mat pre-pressing followed by forming in a continuous press under high temperature and pressure.
7. Cooling and Conditioning: Board cooling followed by appropriate conditioning to release internal stress.
8. Dimension Cutting: Precise trimming to standard architectural formwork sizes.
9. Sanding Treatment: Double-sided thickness sanding to ensure thickness tolerance and flatness.
10. Quality Inspection: Automatic inspection system checking strength, density, and defects of each board.
11. Stacking and Packaging: Automatic stacking and packaging according to customer requirements.
