OSB Introduction

From Raw materials → OSB, you need many different machines, mainly include Wood chipper, Dryer, Screening, Glue blender, Forming machine, Pre-press, Hot press, Cutting machine

<1> Wood chipper

Wood chipper for processing the raw materials to be wood strands and wood chips, for making OSB
There are different types as different requires, for example, the Peeling machine for peeling log and make wood flakes; Disc chipper; Drum chiper and so on

<2> Rotary dryer

Rotary drum dryer is one of the traditional drying equipment, equipment reliable operation, operation flexibility, adaptability, processing capacity is large, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, coal washing, fertilizer, ore, sand, clay, kaolin, sugar and other fields, diameter :Φ1000-Φ4000, Length depends on drying requirements.

<3> Screening process

<4> Glue dosing & Glue blending

<5> Mat forming machine

Particleboard laying/Forming machine is composed of screw conveyer, drive motor, rotating shaft, measuring bin, swinging device and swinging drive motor. At the same time, the swinging device makes the screw conveyer swing back and forth around the rotating shaft, so that the shavings are evenly distributed along the cross-section of the measuring bin

<7> Multi-Layers Hot press

Hot press is one of the main equipment in the production process of OSB/MDF/Chipboard, which is the equipment that the OSB is sprayed with glue and loaded into the multi-layer press with the board loading machine at the same time, and the board is pressed into OSB
Hot press can be different pressure as your panel 

<8> Auto cutting machine

Auto cutting machine /trimming machine will trim the OSB edges, make each pieces be same, and its edge clean
It is fully automatic, high efficiency
