 Core Technical Principles

   1. Continuous Flat Pressing Process  
   The mat formed by the forming station enters a pressing channel created by two endless heat-resistant steel belts. Driven by a hydraulic roller system, the belts move at a constant speed. The mat undergoes a complete process of "preheating - compression - curing - setting" within pressure zones (typically including infeed, main pressing, calibrating, and decompression zones).
  2. Intelligent Pressure Control  
   Independent hydraulic servo systems in each pressure zone enable millisecond-level pressure adjustment. Combined with real-time feedback from thickness gauges, the pressure profile is dynamically adjusted, ensuring board thickness tolerance within ±0.15mm and density uniformity exceeding 95%.
  3. Precise Thermal System
