The equipment adopts advanced rotary drum drying technology, optimizing drum structure, lifting flight design, and hot air system to achieve efficient and uniform material drying. The unique rotary design ensures particles are fully agitated inside the drum, maximizing contact area with hot air and significantly improving drying efficiency. The machine is equipped with an intelligent control system that monitors parameters such as temperature and rotation speed in real time, ensuring stable and reliable production. Additionally, a multi-stage dust removal system can be configured according to customer requirements to meet strict environmental standards.
Core Components
1. Feeding System: Uses screw conveyor or vibrating feeder to ensure uniform and continuous material entry into the drying drum.
2. Drying Drum: Large rotating cylinder with specially designed lifting flights inside to meet the material agitation requirements under high capacity.

Working Principle
1. Feeding: Wet particles are conveyed into the drying drum.
2. Drying: The drum rotates driven by the drive unit; internal lifting flights continuously lift and drop the material, allowing full contact with high-temperature hot air from the furnace, rapidly evaporating moisture.
3. Discharge: Dried particles are discharged from the end of the drum and sent to the next process via the discharge system.
4. Dust Removal: Dust-laden exhaust gas first passes through a cyclone separator to remove coarse particles, then enters a bag filter for purification before being discharged meeting emission standards.
