- What is the MDF Board?


MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), also known as Medium Fiberboard in China, is an artificial board made by mixing wood or other plant fibers with a synthetic resin adhesive and then pressing it under high temperature and pressure.

- What is the MDF Production Steps?


A Simple introduction of MDF Board Production Steps:
→ Raw materials arrive at the factory → Peel and slice → Wash
→ Screening and inspection of wood chips (unqualified ones are discarded)
→ Storage of wood chips → Steam cooking to soften → Hot grinding to produce fibers → Gluing → Drying
→ Fiber testing (unqualified ones are reused)
→ Laying and forming → Pre-pressing → Cutting and sawing of board blanks → Hot pressing → Cooling
→ Initial inspection of rough boards (unqualified ones are crushed and reused)
→ Edge sawing → Sanding
→ Final inspection of products (unqualified ones are downgraded / reworked)
→ Sorting and packaging for storage
